Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I sincerely hope you have a fat, happy, family and friends day. And that you have lots to be thankful for.
I’m thankful for my wonderful family. Sometimes it’s just fun to sit back and watch them.
DH and I have been together for close to 45 years and I still like him. I’m thankful for that.
My kids make me terribly proud of how they have grown up.
I’m thankful for my intrepid sister (and it doesn’t hurt that we get to go to the beach to visit her).
I love and appreciate my daughter-in-law and my grandsons-in law. They brighten my life.
I am thankful for Supergirl every day. She has brought laughter, love and perspective to me. She is definitely a girl of the new millennium. For Christmas, she wants a large stuffed unicorn, a diary and 2-, 5-, and 10-pound weights. I am proud that she believes that she can do anything. Girly and strong, what could be better!
I’m thankful that my nephew reached out to me after being out of touch for many years and that I now have contact with him and my niece through Facebook.
I’m thankful that DH has tolerated, and at times appreciated, my doll collecting efforts.
Last, but not least, I’m thankful for my doll collecting friends and the wonderful community who has embraced my blogging adventure. You inspire me and keep me sewing, playing and writing.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!
Intrepid? I like you too.
